Sa visite porte sur New York, Baltimore, Charleston, Savannah, New Orleans, Boston & Chicago. L’un des rares voyageurs français qui apprécia la cuisine américaine; il affirme, qu’en cinq minutes, il put avaler un lunch qui put satisfaire le plus grand gourmet!!!
