About a vast area, over the colonizing of which Colonel Thomas Talbot presided during the first half of the 19^th Century, extended from Norfolk and Oxford counties through Elgin, Middlesex and Kent to Essex County. St. Thomas, in Elgin County, was the Capital. Scarce item.    75 $
